Due to job circumstances, = Mirjam stepped down from the team last year and Karen will be stepping = down soon. As a result, later this week I will be sending out a call for = volunteers to the community for new EMODIR Coordinators. I wanted you = all to be aware before you see the announcement. Although the directorate has an existing project structure, it is due = for a refresh. Once the new Coordinators are in place I will be asking = them to re-assess and potentially revamp the current project structure = and we will be working on getting metrics in place to assess the = effectiveness of the various EMO projects.
