Your calendar may (for a short while still) show a tools team meeting
next Tuesday. It is cancelled. We will meet next in April.

Please bring anything up that needs to be discussed by email in the
meantime, and watch for opportunities to visit in Gather during the week
next week.

The RFC informed the construction of some software, it was not
documentation of process.

Process, and software, evolve. There's no need to try to make this RFC
become documentation of the existing software at any given point in time.

Please reject the Errata with "The RFC documented what we thought we
wanted at the time. It is not documentation of the as-built or evolving
software".

I would be happier with the call one hour later or one hour earlier. =
Where it sits is difficult for me.

Based on direct feedback from a few people, a full hour later adds
difficulty. A half hour later adds less. (And earlier would not be
reasonable for NZ).

So - would a half hour later be acceptable?
