Sets the global default for whether to attach the build log to notification emails. Individual jobs can still override this setting in their own configuration.

• Do Not Attach Build Log - The build log will not be attached (default).
• Attach Build Log - The raw build log will be attached to the email.
• Compress and Attach Build Log - The build log will be compressed (zipped) and attached to the email.
