0. Database redesign project - Henrik
Russ - no recent update; Henrik committed to having a version of DB
populated by conversion tool by the Code Sprint

1. IT Architecture - side by side comparison - Russ
Can't happen for lack of development at this point.

Alternative perhaps:
To show some of the other features of ARO,

1. searching of archives for mail lists - like, ietf, ietf-announce,
ipr; and made available to WG as well.

2. Transition of meeting registration tool for increased flexibility,
and even at last minute.

Key - to moving forward are the db redesign, and conversion tool

f2f in SF? Yes
Ray to doodle poll for Sat, Mon and Tues

Agenda:
DB redesign
Mission Critical Tools - ops and maintenance

2. Mission Critical Tools
   How define
'Any tool or service upon which the community depends'
   How Identify
   How maintain

Lucy - Costs - what funds are available?

Russ - OPS & Maint differentiation

Lucy - how to define mission critical; people are responsible for
their own input mechanism; need to set people's expectations

Lucy - might be good to establish a Tools Management calendar; Lucy to
propose a template for data gathering and putting on tools.ietf.org

Russ - what is the inventory and how they relate is information I'm
interested in

3. Code Sprint
Russ
Robert Sparks selected as an AD; looking for someone to lead Code
Sprints in the future
SF Sprint - Well in hand, plenty of work to do; replace Perl scripts

Aargh. I thought this was later today. I'm so sorry,
