RFC7991 introduces 'quoteTitle' without mentioning 'quote-title'. A bis version should either deprecate 'quote-title', and specify usage of 'quot= eTitle' instead, or change the attribute name from 'quoteTitle' to 'quote-title' = to match the existing usage, I would think.
